Soy Real Estate, located in Germany and Palma de Mallorca, sets out to develop sophisticated real estate projects in unique locations with an explicit focus on the unique character and sense of place, as well as on sustainability. The subtle typographic movement between extended and regular cuts plays on the constant fragile balancing that this venture requires.
