CONCEPT:
The Reel Palestine Film Festival is an annual festival that takes place in Dubai to celebrate and shed light on Palestinian films. The poster I designed was inspired by the fragmented map of Palestine. I fragmented the title of the festival to refer to the map. The repetition and rotation of the title reference the reel in terms of sequence and the physical movement of the reel. The overall concept was to show the fragmentation as well as the idea of coming together in a continuous manner to imply the movement of the reel again.
