Allworth Press : TDC Library Gift

The Type Directors Club Library has received a gift of 19 books from Tad Crawford and Allworth Press. Four of the books are the Looking Closer series, which are reprints of seminal articles and historical writings on typography by Bayer, Bernbach, Brodovitch, Burtin, Dexel, Dwiggins, Golden, Goudy, Lissitzky, Moholy-Nagy, Morris, Rand, Rodchenko, Ruder, Sutnar, Tschichold, Warde, and Weingart, among many others.

Additional titles include Design Humor; Design Issues: How Graphic Design Informs Society; Texts on Type; Design Literacy; and Design Culture.

This collection, a very generous addition to our Library, is available for readers' use at the TDC office.
