About Deb Bishop

Deb Bishop is VP Design Director Development at Martha Stewart Living Omnimedia. For the past eleven years she has worked on creating new magazines. These include: Martha Stewart Baby, Kids:Fun Stuff to do Together, Body+Soul, and Blueprint.

Her first job at the company was art directing and launching the brand of the company catalog; Martha by Mail.

Before starting at Martha Stewart Omnimedia she worked briefly at House&Garden, and five years at Rolling Stone. And even before that she worked as Paula Scher's design assistant for 4 years at Koppel and Scher.

Deb has won awards from the Society of Publication Design including Magazine of the year consecutively for Kids:FunStuff to do Together. She received an ASME for design for the same publication. Her work has also been awarded by the Type Director's Club, The AIGA, and The Art Director's Club.
