The time has come again to celebrate the joys and sorrows with your colleagues in design at a gala social gathering. Yes, it will once again be Book Cover Night at the TDC on Wednesday, November 7, from 6:00 until we each have to get back home and finish up a freelance job.

There will be no boring speakers or tedious lectures, only a stunning array of edible treats and beverages in a casual setting of delightful ambiance and an ongoing show of recent covers including ones that you loved but, the designer-editors, designer-marketing people, designer-authors and their designer-friends and relatives did not appreciate.

Of course, it will be your responsibility to submit these as uncompressed jpegs no larger than 1000x1500 pixels (that's actual size at about 144 dpi, for those of you familiar with dpi). Last year, the show garnered rapt attention and provided a welcome respite from looking at each other's faces.
