You Don't Do Design, You Live Design

In 1979 Erik Spiekermann founded MetaDesign, now Germany's largest design company.

The further adventures of this internationally renowned information architect, type designer and author have included redesigning The Economist magazine, founding an electronic font production company, writing a book entitled Stop Stealing Sheep, and launching his new studio, the highly regarded United Designers Network.

For this lecture, Erik will be reviewing his career, revealing his inspiration and providing an insightful international perspective on the design industry.
