Linotype Library is pleased to announce its third TypoTechnica Conference, which will be held from 17th–19th February 2005 at the St Bride Printing Library in London.

Conference Theme :

The conference will feature presentations by speakers from industry-leading font technology developers, application developers, and designers—including Matthew Carter, who will give the opening address. Topics will cover the newest developments, application support for OpenType and other font technologies, as well as a number of supporting areas, and other themes, which will soon be announced.

In addition, there will be Mac workshops for participants to get hands-on experience using the latest tools and applications.

The number of participants is limited. Linotype Designers will have a guaranteed entrance if registered before January 15th 2005. Registrations will be dealt with on a first-come, first-serve basis. A confirmation of the receipt of your registration will be send to you. An invoice will be send to you in January 2005. Cancellations made by 31st January 2005 will be subject to a processing fee of Euro 40,00.

fter this date, or in the event of a no-show by the participant, the full cost of participation will be payable. Please submit all registrations, alterations and cancellations in writing. Since the event will take place in London (UK), a VAT-rate of 17,5% applies, which is included in the fee.

Please not that registrations will only be accepted when initiated via our official website at www.linotype.com. There will not be the possibility of registering at the event itself.
